Insider trading
Company officers and directors buying and selling their own stock on the open market, from Form 4 filings. Grants and option exercises are excluded, which is most of what other trackers show — only about 6% of reported insider activity is an actual purchase.

Every figure comes from a company’s own SEC filings, pulled nightly. Nothing is estimated, and the filing each number came from is shown on the page.
Compared against peers
Margins and leverage mean little in isolation, so each metric is shown against the median for the company’s industry — always with the number of peers it was measured against.
Honest about gaps
Companies tag their filings inconsistently. Where a figure wasn’t reported, it says so rather than showing a zero.
What this is not
This is not investment advice and there are no buy or sell ratings here. Grades are percentile comparisons against companies sharing an industry classification — a useful starting point, not a verdict. Those classifications are coarse, filings are self-reported, and a letter grade cannot see a business the way reading its annual report can. Use it to find questions worth asking, not answers to act on.
